Social Responsibility Policy

Society is a big family, and enterprises are indispensable members of the family. In the same way, enterprise is a big family, and employees are indispensable members of the family. Society cannot develop without enterprises, and enterprises cannot survive without employees.

 

The company appoints managers to take full responsibility for social responsibility management, whom establishes, implements, maintains and continually improves the social responsibility management system and extends this requirement to suppliers and subcontractors.

 

We promise to comply with the SA8000, local laws and regulations, international agreements and the various regulations signed. In addition,we are willing to shoulder social responsibilities and try our best to prosecute these responsibilities to the end. If there is a violation of social responsibility, we will continue to improve and make it available to the public through appropriate channels.

 

GCOM Statements

1.Comply with national and other applicable laws and other regulations signed by the company and respect international regulations and their interpretations. Comply with internationally recognized labor standards and other applicable industry standards and international conventions. Continue to improve employee work conditions, employee benefits, working hours and remuneration in accordance with the Social Responsibility Standards.

 

2.Follow the prohibition of child labor and forced labor, and not accept any suppliers or subcontractors who use child labor or forced labor.

 

3.Respect for workers' freedom and prohibit any form of forced labor.

 

4.Provide safe and healthy working and living conditions to ensure the health and safety of our employees.

 

5.Promote labor-management cooperation, and respect the freedom of association and collective bargaining rights of employees.

 

6.Treat employees equally, regardless of gender, racial, religious, social, etc.

 

7.Respect the basic human rights of our employees and prohibit any form of insulting personality.

 

8.Reasonably arrange production plans, employees' working hours and rest and vacation.

 

9.Provide reasonable wages and benefits and follow the relevant regulations of laws and regulations.

 

10.Open social responsibility policies to relevant stakeholders of the company in an effective form and method, and accept supervision by relevant parties.

 

11.Regular review company policies to continually improve the management system.

 

12.Fair Competition Provisions

 

Competition & Fair Trade: We seek ways to transcend our competitors fairly and honestly, and compete for competitive advantages through superior performance rather than unethical or illegal business practices. We prohibit the theft of proprietary information, the processing of trade secrets obtained without the consent of the owner, or the solicitation of the disclosure of such information by current or former employees of other companies. Each employee of us endeavors to respect and treat fairly the rights of the company's customers, suppliers, competitors and colleagues. No employee shall obtain unreasonable benefits from others through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts or other illegal transactions.

 

13.Anti-Bribery Provisions

 

The company's business conduct is based on Fair Trading and should inform the partners about its company's business ethics. All employees should implement the company's Control Procedures on Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery and are not allowed to accept bribes, bribe others, or implicitly accept commissions and other personal benefits. Any activities related to donations, bribes, and kickbacks should be terminated immediately and reported to the relevant management personnel. Kickbacks or bribes include any form of intent to obtain better treatment by improper means. The company ensures that employees who refuse to participate in bribery or kickbacks generated by the business will not be subject to downgrades or other adverse consequences, even if this behavior may result in the company losing business.
